MUSE | Art Marketplace ("MUSE", "we", "us") connects collectors with Bermudian artists. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, account type (buyer or artist), and — for artists — parish and Bermuda residency confirmation.
- Profile content: display name, artist bio, profile image, and artwork listings you publish.
- Messages: inquiries you send to artists through our messaging system.
- Technical data: basic log information (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To display public artist profiles and artwork listings.
- To deliver messages between buyers and artists.
- To send transactional emails (account, inquiries, listing activity).
- To protect the platform against fraud and abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate MUSE — including our hosting, database, and email delivery providers — under contracts that require them to protect it.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your account, or request that we delete your account by contacting us. Buyers can use MUSE from anywhere; artist accounts are reserved for Bermuda residents.
